Payment Methods

Customers can buy with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Paypal) or with the balance of a Zeneru gift voucher.

Only a lump sum payment is possible. Please let us know if you have not received any notification from us and more than three working days have passed since your purchase.

Credit card payment

After selecting the “credit card” option and placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the order, followed by delivery within the agreed time. You pay the purchase price for the ordered product by entering the necessary information about the credit card that we will charge for the purchase amount. In the case of credit card payments, the payer (user profile information) must be the same person or organization that owns the payment or credit card. In the case of payment by credit card, it is not possible to change the content of the order or the final amount of the order after placing the order, except in special cases specified by the provider.

Payment with the balance of a Zeneru gift voucher

During the checkout process, enter your code in the “I have a code” field in the shopping cart. The amount of the gift card will be deducted from your purchase amount. You can use the gift card only once and in full amount. We do not refund the difference. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is only valid until the date indicated on the card.

This Gift Card is excluded from a redemption guarantee, is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Zeneru will not refund or replace and will not be liable for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. Zeneru makes no warranties with respect to this Gift Card and disclaim any warranty to the fullest extent available.
